very easy and good service. Flowers sent were high quality and I was able to have some input into the flowers which was nice, rather than the usual online florists where they don't really take care about the quality of the flowers or your input into what is sent.

The recipient was absolutely delighted with the delivery person (who was lovely), the flowers (which are gorgeous and exactly what I had in mind) and the handwritten card, the writing on which resembled my own - she wondered how on earth I had managed it!
